inControl - the business continuity app from What If Technologies Ltd, allows you to plan your response to business-disrupting incidents, share plans, and then coordinate responses to events as they occur, mobilising response teams, and monitoring financial impact and the progress of recovery tasks.

With inControl you can:
Enter company information, including access to maps
Define:
* company functional structure
* key staff details
* buildings (or geographies) including cost of replacement
* key resources (e.g. IT servers, production lines), their replacement cost and their building location
* key (revenue-earning or reputation-protecting) programmes, and their daily cost and revenue
* key external contacts
* Set up defined incident types (e.g. fire, health epidemic, IT failure) and define standing tasks for:
- line managers (i.e. staff management responsibilities during and after the incident); and
- functions (e.g. IT Department to check server and back-up status);
* with timings post-incident (e.g. immediate, within 24hrs, within 5 days)
* Save, load and email the Business Continuity Plan to other users
* Monitor financial impact and recovery task status
* Import pdf maps and annotate them, and annotate camera photos with incident details
